At Once More Luxury, we strive to ensure your pre-owned designer pieces meet the highest standards of quality and authenticity. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all dust bags, authenticity cards, and the Once More Luxury security tag are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
